ETC VENUES

A complete turnkey fit out negotiated after initial tender/cost plan. To provide training, meeting and conference venues offering a full catering facility and vibrant energising environment in keeping with the architects designs. Works included bespoke joinery, full industrial kitchen/catering facilities, differing floor and wall finishes, acoustically engineered wall, ceiling and floor detailing including folding partitions, supplementary air conditioning and fresh air systems. The total fit out was carried out in ten weeks over two floors.
